Hawthorn leaves

Mrs P and I enjoyed a longer walk around Deuchny and Kinnoull Hills. The sun had a real warmth in it, and we sat without coats or gloves for our lunch on the edge of Deuchny Hill. Below, a hawthorn hedge was just coming into leaf.

We also passed a some wild primrose flowers (suffering a bit - see extra), and watched a couple of red squirrels teasing each other in the tree tops on Kinnoull Hill.
