St Peter's Well

I was with my walking group at Fingask Castle on a sunny, almost spring-like day. The well is housed in a small stone hut, and is medieval. The inscription above the door reads "Drink weary pilgrim, drink & pray and bless St. Peter's Well. Which springs unscath'd by scorching ray or frost or thawing swell."
