The motto of the town of Peebles. 
Referring to the annual migration of salmon up the River Tweed in order to breed. The one salmon facing forwards and two facing backwards represent the fact that for every salmon that goes up the river, two come back to the sea.
After a visit to the dentist for my six monthly check, we decided to take a trip down to Peebles for a walk and a spot of lunch. Nice bright day and was a bit of heat in the spring sunshine.
After our walk we went into Coleman’s for lunch and most enjoyable it was.
Still a bit undecided about Munich.
