First Wild Lily

Walking Elvis and saw the first lily of the year, in the woods, next to where the forest has been decimated to be turned into wood pellets for wood-burning heaters. They like the shade and moisture, so we will see if they are still around next year after the hot summer sun has baked the previously shady ground. Extra pic is of the Indian Lilac that has now had its annual haircut.
