Tylney Hall.

Last night we stayed in Tylney Hall Hotel which is a stones throw from     Mr R’s  home.  We all felt that none of us would be in a fit state to drive home and this was absolutely correct. After a very alcoholic evening we all (except Miss E) headed for the hotel and a quick nightcap . Then sleep. It had been a VERY emotional day for us all and we were all pretty wrung out.

It is a stunning hotel with fabulous grounds too. Our room was very comfortable, in fact a very soft bed which was lovely until this morning when I was pretty crippled! I shall be seeing Miss Whiplash our back lady again I fear!!

Then it was breakfast. Our assembled company was rather wrecked to say the least! Especially Miss E who in her grief has consumed  ‘most of the wine in the world’ last night. Oh dear! After a full English breakfast we headed home and by lunchtime we were home.

After a quick sit down I was off again to a Call My Bluff team practice. Needed that like a hole in the head!

But a treat this evening as Miss L cooked a very nice curry ending a very long day!
