Roses have no respect for idiotic green plastic bags - the very ones we use for our garden waste for communal composting!

As you may gather, I haven't much respect for the eejits who thought up this crazy idea.. Suppose it provides work for the lads, but I'm guessing they could be more intelligently employed?
