TLAR...!

I thought when I purchased the new battery for the B. I spent some of the morning altering the trickle charger leads and making a new short cable to be permanently fixed so that the charger can just be plugged in rather than having to remove the carpet and battery cover. (Those that have had B's will know what a bore this is).

However having done that and made a toasted ham and cheese sandwich I went to fit the battery only to find it is just slightly too wide - about 3/4"....! I'll have to go back to Alan tomorrow and hope he has a slightly smaller one.
