Tree 12508

I walk past these trees at least twice every work day, but only today did I notice that they are numbered. Admittedly, I usually walk along the other side of the road, but still... That's one of the nice effects of blipping - I find myself paying closer attention to my surroundings.

So now I find myself wondering about Tree 12508... What do its friends call it? Does it have occasional crises of identity, screaming "I am not a number, I am a free tree!"? Is it a healthy tree? A happy tree? What kind of tree is it? I know next to nothing about trees. I can tell the difference between a big tree, a medium sized tree and a small tree, and that's about it...

Going to try to stop thinking about trees now.
