22/365 Burning the candle

I'm not sure why I find Tuesdays such a nightmare day but every week no matter how well organised I am they are just non stop!

I cover a lot of different things with my class on a Tuesday - we don't have any PE or art which break a day up but I don't have any clubs or meetings?

After school I take the girls swimming and we get in quite late, later than usual tonight because of the roads.

But, I also seem to work late into the night on a Tuesday! I've just finished a mountain of paperwork and marking and it's nearly midnight. One of the drawbacks of teaching children to write is that they wrote so much that you've then got to read! One of the drawbacks of working in education is the never ending paperwork!
