Flat......

like I was this morning whilst out with Luce......I thought potholes usually damaged car wheels but today they damaged me!  Ankle went over as did I.

Luce wondered what I was doing lying in the middle of the lane cursing and swearing. Took me a good few minutes to work out that I was able to get up but both knees were extremely painful but being a good dog owner I limped my way onwards!

PM we went to Wellington and I bought a new battery for the B as the existing has had it.  The disaster is that when I asked if it had a 20 year guarantee he said no about 8 months!  Looking confused he went on to say that he is fed up working so hard and is likely to shut the shop and he and his partner S are possibly going to run away in their motor home and may never come back!

I do hope he isn’t serious.....
