Pepper and cinnamon

A still life day, with the wind wild enough to overset my dustbins and a freezing valley full of dark grey rain.  So, hoping to warm myself up, here is a shot from my spice cupboard: cinnamon sticks, cardamom, nutmeg and star anise.  And the pot is, I believe, made of pepper wood and smells wonderful.

Before I shot this I had to go out to the doc's for another week of antibiotics.  Yuk!  So I'm taking it pretty gently and have turned my comments off for tonight.  Hearts and stars will be sprinkled as always.
