Historic River Rotter...

Last time we were here it was raining. Today it’s dry and mostly bright and that makes a big difference to what you see and take in!

There was a shuttle bus from the ship. The walk was much better and I love walking by water anyway. Lots of historic boats, including barges and dock machinery. Also house boats and new marina housing.

Then onto the Markethall where we’ve had a wonderful lesson on truffles and other high end fungi! So interesting and we got to taste a sliver too; a first for us.

We’ve come into a Café for a coffee and internet connection! I’m determined to keep up to date this trip! It may mean early posting but that’s ok and will be a change for me! Later today we head on to Norway.
