Looking .....

..... out!
This was the view from the window at 7am , soon to disappear and the sky became dull/ cloudy and greyish.
I went to the pool this morning , in the water by 8.15 am until 9.15am I must say I really felt exhorted afterwards . Usually tho ' tired I've felt OK but today was so different, I'm going to keep a check on this , no point if it's making me ill. Do hope it will be better next time , I wouldn't want to stop going.
"A" came at lunch time so we've caught up on a few recorded programmes . "A" will go for a stroll latter , I'll cook dinner then maybe a film on TV haven't looked if there's anything worth watching?
C and J arrived back at Newcastle at 8pm last evening I was so pleased to hear they were safe.
