Light my fire

They have the right idea at Waxy O'Connors pub in the city centre. It was pretty freezing outside so why not light a fiery torch to keep the customers satisfied.
Actually there are usually two torches burning at the entrance but one had been allowed to go out today - just when it was needed most.
