Shadows....

I managed to catch the brief minutes of sun and shadow in the lounge again today. My extra is another.

Otherwise it’s been a busy day indoors, popping out briefly this afternoon to buy some cards. Our niece (D’s late brother’s daughter) is undergoing chemotherapy and is suffering quite badly. She’s been treated with oral medication for over a year but now it has to be the big stuff. She only told us she was unwell just before her 50th birthday party last year. She looked beautiful that evening and was so happy. She is being very brave and her husband has been great keeping us up to date with how she is.

We were not needed over in North London today so no playtime, or supervision, with Sophia. Tomorrow we will travel to Cambridge and visit Esmée at her nursery for a grandparents’ afternoon. What a treat!
