GR8 in the snow

What an amazing ride to work this morning in the snow on Miranda this morning. She really does just plough through anything that gets put in her way. Just took it slow and steady and got there in the end.

Just back from the body balance class. It was my first try out of the new release. It was quite hard. Lots of places to focus for areas of improvement and goals to work towards. Super excited to b etrying the new Body Step release tomorrow - bring it on !!!!!
