The M&S meal deal is always popular and the chocolate treats with the Valentines Day deal were obviously a favourite. Not many left in this store this evening.

We finally got to see Little Women and I’m really glad we did. I loved it and will certainly be reading the book again soon. We had a row of senior school girls behind us and there were even some tears at times. Great to hear their reaction to the movie as they left. I gave the book to my Yr3 form for a Christmas gift one year and it went down well. So important to read these classics!

Today was son no. 1’s birthday. There were happy greetings on the family WhatsApp this morning. We trust he has been spoilt at home this evening.
