Hotter than ever!

We got the boat today from our village, Playa de Santiago, to Valle Gran Rey. ( 40 mins )

We walked over 17,000 steps along the seafront...HOT!!!

I had a refreshing paddle in the Atlantic Ocean at Valle Gran Rey...

There are lots of banana plantations on La Gomera...

The island is made up of extremely deep canyons and ravines...

Heading home tomorrow...it’s going to feel COLD!!!

What a brilliant week we have had! The best weather EVER!

Cockermouth survived The Storm ( although next weekend looks WET ).

Hebden Bridge ( where our daughter and husband live ) got flooded again! ( but their house is perched up high, thankfully ).
