I am thankful for a delicious breakfast to start the week.
First day back at work pancake breakfast.
Back to work today after a wonderful month-long Summer holiday. And what better way to start the week than having a lovely breakfast with my husband!
We stewed some of the plums we picked from our tree and drizzled them over buckwheat pancakes. We drank a delicious rooibos ice tea which had lemon, fresh mint and honey added to it.
I wish I could be this organised to start every work day this way!
