Snowdrops on Portobello Promenade

Running at dawn it was -1 windchill. Two swimmers were oblivious wearing their summer cosis and woolly bobble hats! I did wonder if they were English rugby supporters doing this dip for a pre match selfie dare? In the afternoon we walked to the end of the beach, and back, in bright sunshine. We watched the weather deteriorate as the storm blew in. We hoped that this might have helped Scotland at Murrayfield. We hoped in vain!
