Snow day

Eerily quiet, been snowing all day. Spent the morning aiming the 400mm lens out of the kitchen window at the birds again, at least the light was a bit better than yesterday. Little blighters move so quickly they're hard to catch on camera. Mind you they need to in this weather, to keep warm. Decided on this Chaffinch for today's shot although I did capture this cute little Coal Tit too.

After lunch I wrapped myself up and went for a walk in the woods at the top of the road. I took my 5D and did some video which I've put together into a little film which you can see here.

Am I going to do the commute into London tomorrow ? Hmmm... not altogether sure yet. We'll see.
