Watchet Harbour / Dunster Castle

We decided to take a trip down to Porlock, and set out after only an hour of preparation... By the time we got to Dunster we both wanted a pee, and that's where we ended up staying.

Dunster Castle was still closed, but there were guided tours around the hibernating rooms where the conservation work was still under way. It was an interesting wander through dust-covered rooms and empty tables.

On the way back we stopped off at Watchet Harbour for a leg stretch. The tide was almost fully out and even the little showing in the photo drained away while we were there.

I expect I'll get to Porlock later in the spring.
