Lan Su Garden

Jim and I met at the Lan Su Garden Teahouse today. It was so chilly, but delightful with the garden decorated to celebrate the new year. It's become a favorite tradition, and this year we extended it to lunch at Jim's nearby condo where we had a good, long visit - also delightful.
