Snow Patrol


Today it has snowed all day. we are cut off.... marooned!

The dog and I walked to mum's at lunchtime - just to check she was OK - to reach her there is a steep single track hill which is never gritted and soon becomes impassable. The 8 minute car journey took one hour each way to walk on snow covered footpaths.

I'm hoping the pub will be open this evening for a warming glass or two.
