Took the day off work today as I woke up with a migraine.
I knew it was going to get hot again today too , I just didn’t want to push it and end up feeling worse.
Was a good decision, it’s been pretty much 30 degrees all day.

I did have to pick Ella up late afternoon so gave dogs a quick walk in the park nearby.

Some rain would be great.
Ironically there is heavy rain and flooding on the West Coast just over the mountains. People are stuck in places!
