Show home

The house is tidy to within an inch of its life, so to speak.  The photographer comes tomorrow, so we've spent the day tidying and cleaning, if only the house looked so spick and span all the time, except it doesn't really feel like home because it's so tidy. 

Granny and Grandpa came to the rescue, having come for lunch, they offered to look after the boys for the afternoon, which completely saved the day.  Not entirely sure we would have got it all done - and got to bed at a reasonable hour without them having stepped in to save the day.
