Crepe myrtle

It was another day over 40°. At present there is a thunder storm teasing us... few drops of rain but I want more! Yesterday we completely emptied our rain water tanks onto the garden hoping they would fill this evening. It’s so hot I would rather use the water as soon as possible. Hopefully we’ll have cooler conditions for a week or so.

Spent more time up at the neighbours. They aren’t coping so hope the medical team can come up with a solution to suit them. Poor chap I feel so sorry for him as his family is unable to take on his care and he just wants to stay home.
