It’s FriYay!

Even though I’m retired there’s still something “Ahhhh!” about a Friday night.

The Ards Man is still working away upstairs (it’s after 6pm here), wallpapering our bedroom. It’s looking really lovely, but is a slow, fiddly task. We’re being lazy and just having some baked Camembert (it’s actually Ballylisk, an ‘artisanal’ cheese from County Armagh) and focaccia bread this evening. So since I don’t have any cooking to do I’m relaxing in front of the fire with a magazine.

There may be gin later!
