I'm playing and I'm NOT coming in....

Apologies......I know, ANOTHER dog Blip :)

I thought we had seen the last of the snow but its pretty much not stopped since I got up.

I popped to the shops leaving Si in bed to sleep off last night, calling my mum on the way (hands free before anyone gets all policeman on me!). Despite being 30-something, I still had instructions to let her know I'd got home and not crashed :) It's really lovely out, I'm all for the snow staying as long as it wants - the roads are quiet, people are out walking and, on the whole, people seem really cheerful and chatty that we've seen out and about.

We've cooked up a storm in the kitchen again......Simon has made us Nigella's mushroom soup (with no help from me - he's v proud of himself), and I've made the Hairy Dieters Chicken Jalfrezi for tomorrow. Roast chicken with all the trimmings in prepped for us for later.

I sound like a broken record, but we are now in the snug, reading and listening to music. I drive last night but Simon drank enough for both of us so he will be dozing in no time at all!
