I love it when....

....some ingredients catch my eye and say “please make soup from us” and I have time to do just that!

The Ards Man and I have had a fairly quiet Sunday at home. I say ‘fairly’ because the AM, as usual, has been busying around doing the work of two men and a wee lad (is that just a Northern Ireland saying?)

I, on the other hand, have been reviewing and sorting all the super art materials I got for Christmas! I’m going to start drawing soon! Well, as soon as I’ve roasted some veg and boiled up some lentils and made soup with them!
