Still standing

This little piece of wood, whatever it was before, it's still standing... stubbornly strong... like my auntie.

The operation went well and my auntie is recovering at the intensive care unit. This was a really complicated operation, and she could have lost her life. Before the operation she was brave enough to say that she was not scared about death and was prepared for it. What a strong and brave woman! I do really admire her strength, and I hope she has a speedy recovery after the operation.

It seems that all your well wishes, prayers, and the candle that snapper lit for her have worked. Thank you so much!!

I haven't done much today appart from taking a few pictures and going to the gym. This evening I might go for a couple of drinks with friends but I still don't know.
