Contractual blip snap.
There I was, trying to get within range of the loud woodpecker or conjure up a landscape shot through the trees, when this brash erithacus rubecula swooped down to be within touching distance.
'Can't you be a Whinchat, Dartford warbler, or something more unusual?' said I.
'No', said the Robin, 'but at least you will comply with one of your blip obligations.'
I never did catch up with the woodpecker.
