"How the hell did you get up there?"

Up early to hear the dawn chorus in Holland Park.

There are robins a plenty, blue tits, blackbirds and even a few woodpecker.

The last thing I expected to see was a peacock, sitting on a branch thirty feet above the ground. In fact there were three in total, sitting preening in the morning sunshine.

I've seen them jump up on walls before now but can't imagine how they can achieve enough lift to fly up so high.
