I went to see Mum today and took along a simple lunch of quiche with cherry tomatoes. 



She’s feeling a bit sore from her fall on Thursday evening, with bruised ribs and I now see she has grazed knuckles from trying to get herself off the floor, poor soul.  However, she’s still in great spirits and keeps saying how lucky that it wasn’t more serious.


While I was there, I also spent a little while doing a few chores for her like changing the bed, vacuuming, washing-up, hanging out laundry and putting away her grocery order.  All such easy tasks for anyone able-bodied but a little more difficult for a battered 93-year-old!  To be honest, I’m still so proud of her for ordering her own online groceries anyway…not many of her age group do that, I’m sure?


Anyway, just before I came home, we logged onto her computer and found some YouTube Vlogs by My Boy from a couple of years ago that Mum hadn’t seen.  This was his [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=28&v=_6NYietFJUQ&feature=emb_logo]Seven Sisters[/url] one.   And this was his [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UUS-g8PChAg&feature=emb_logo]Selsey moody[/url] one where he gave out more information but got soaked. I don’t think she’d seen any of his online videos before, so I shall show her more next time I go over.
