January In Bloom

I was a bit surprised when I saw my first bee of this year and I was even more surprised to find this little plant in bloom.

Something is really not right.  And we know that.

A hard day here for everyone - except the cats.  But love & patience & cats can bring a lot of support when you really need it.

And I made a fennel, carrot and apple salad that looked pretty good.
