Pink fluffy clouds

Another pre-work walk at low tide this morning. Fourth day running, Rosie has so far lost five tennis balls. She is going to have to start paying her way.

Long and hectic day at work, nothing new.

And a swim in the rain. With the extra walking and the swimming, I am v happy to be in bed now!
