Snow Day

Not a single flake had fallen at 8.00am and at 8.15 the roads were covered! Cameron went to school and I went to work but both schools closed at 12.00. It was the right decision as the roads were pretty bad (although they seemed better later when the snow eased off a bit) By 2pm we had about 4 inches and it was still snowing.
Ross started going to work but knew it was worse in Southampton and after hearing traffic news he turned round and came home.

So we all went sledging this afternoon. Great fun and with the snow being good powder snow no one got too wet.

Ross's aunt & uncle have come down for the weekend to watch Gala play London Scottish in a rugby cup game tomorrow so hopefully the roads will be ok and we'll get there. Oh and Cameron and I want to do parkrun too.
