While Storm Brendan is running amok outside, we’ve hunkered down with a fondue and the TV. Son1 made it safely back from the New Forest before lunchtime and Mr DA made it back from work by 7pm, following a two hour journey due to a crash on the A272 at Privett.

Oh, and the boiler is playing up again so I’ll be getting a plumber in tomorrow...
