Spot the deviant

Our visiting squirrel is determined to get to these nuts , even though the bird feeder is supposed to be squirrel proof. Is there such a thing?

I've had a better day, having woken up feeling more positive . The extra dosage of pain killers seem to be working. It has been 10C , the sky was blue and there was warmth from the sun.

We walked into the village to buy milk and bread and enjoyed the partly circular walk. There is a lot of mud on the lanes, resulting from all the recent rain.

Francis and Iain visited this afternoon and it was good to spend a few hours catching up on their news.
