It’s all about image!

A swim to start with. Much needed.. and the winter sun is nice. It was probably only 18C but I survived..

A long day examining.. probably not helped by my busy shopping night last night.

Then a nice dinner with a friend I haven’t seen since before Christmas - when I wasn’t sure if I’d be back or not. We discussed holidays, ageing (after our visits to friends and family back home) , Trump, bushfires etc. lots! A good night.

Spotted this ad for a cosmetic surgeon on the way home. Every inch of a woman must be perfect.. in fact, some surgeons do stuff you don’t want to think about..
