Gunstone Hall Trees

I'm still a big kid at heart because I look forward to snow. While I had no excuse to get out at lunchtime, I felt it my duty to check conditions. In the end we closed the offices early and those dedicated staff who had braved their way in and were still there, were allowed to leave at 3 pm.

This small stand of trees is not remarkable in any way but the conditions allowed me to isolate them against the background and give them a majesty lacking in normal conditions. I would have liked to spend more time finding other locations to make the most of the snow but hopefully there will be time over the weekend.
