Pencils No 3

Hoping for snow scenes tomorrow but today was spent in meetings, including training on "Delivering Exceptional Performance"! Actually, it was a thoroughly enjoyable training session and we got a lot of useful information which I can use in many life situations.

So, having played badminton until 7:30 and only just eaten and showered it is back to the pencil theme.
