Up, but . . .

Thank you all again for your kind words. Yes, it felt like a great victory to see the PT and facility staff work together to get a system in place to get my mom up and about. Here she is again, looking great with Popcorn (apparently) causing no pain to her hip.

But still. I was there to see the process this morning, and it isn't easy for my mom, esp. when nature calls. She doesn't understand why she can't just get up and go. Through her fog I know she experiences it as a humiliation, however loving and helpful the caregivers are while helping her.
