WWT London: Squeaky Sweetie

I keep aiming for a maned duck blip, and finally kept focussed (well, I tried to avoid just photographing the usual suspects) and got a sweeter shot.. The maned ducks are relatively new arrivals at WWT London (although I saw them at WWT Arundel before that) and the ones at Barnes are very shy (particularly the drake) which makes getting a close shot rather tricky. They're adorable, with the female making a rather funny resonant yowl sound (wioaw), and the male making an adorable little zippy squeak.
The emperors (and tundra geese generally) were been funny, swimming to and fro, and generally seeming more lost than usual.
