Oh dear, today is the 10th January and I'm already back blipping from 2 days ago...and I can't remember what I did on this day.

Apart from watching the jackdaws and their comical antics on our neighbour's roof and chimneys. This one's partner had disappeared down the tall pot on the left to where they (or another pair?) have nested for many years. This chimney will be full of sticks, I know because jackdaws nested in one of our chimneys some years ago before we had a cowl over it, and it took the chimney sweep two visits to clear out the twigs.
