a walk in the woods

Joanna and I had planned to go for a walk yesterday but the weather caused us to postpone and I'm glad - instead of gale force winds and driving rain, we had a nice bright sunshiny day (with a shower at the end and the added bonus of a rainbow). We walked along the Scaur Water from Penpont to Keir Mill and afterwards had a tea break at the Buccleuch in Thornhill. Lots to talk about. Thank you Joanna for a lovely morning :-)
