First day of a new term

Today marked the beginning of a return to our normal term time  routine.  Violet arrived at around 6.45am, ready for me to take her to her before school childminder.  This evening I pick her up for her weekly sleepover with us, so tomorrow there'll be another early morning outing with her.  

I've failed to manage anything for TT but instead did take this (phone) shot on my return from the childminder.  How lovely it was to see a sky free of heavy grey cloud and instead the fiery colours of a winter sunrise!
