Time for a change..?

Fairly uninteresting shot but it's certainly an interesting time for Glasgow's George Square. The winners and losers in the design competition for the £15M revamp should be announced tomorrow. Couple of good designs and a few shockers - I just hope that the panel have had the time to properly consider responses from the consultation that seems to still be going on at the moment..!!
