Container cabin

An efficient small home, with solar panels. At least I'm assuming that it's efficient. I walked a slightly different route today. Sunny with a cold wind.
Extras: A roadside gallery entrance, a parked bike, the school bus sign (back to school tomorrow!) Someone asked me recently if I ever miss teaching. Yes, I do.
After the Canadian team's worst start ever at the World Junior Hockey Championships, losing 6-0 in the first game against Russia, the team made the final, playing against Russia. I heard on the news on my way home from my walk that we were behind 3-1 early in the 3rd period. I wanted to get home to watch the end of the period, because I knew our guys would really want this one. Walked in the door and G told me that the score was 3-3 with only a few minutes left. When Akil Thomas scored with just under 4 minutes left to make the score 4-3, I was so excited that I spilled my glass of water all over the floor. Despite a penalty and playing 2 men short, Canada won! WooHoo! We rarely watch hockey these days but the juniors are always fun to watch, so skilled.
