Peekaboo

After yesterday's return to work, my legs rebelled and swelled up like balloons so cue one horrendous night, fended off somewhat by watching Dracula.. Wow, not the best choice for 4am lone sofa surfing. One episode left to indulge on, loving it.
Slow and painful day today trying not to overdo it so a minor toddle walk in Dalkeith Country Park, unrewarded by tea and cake as the whole of Midlothian obviously had the same idea... Home to close down Christmas, bye bye tree, time to use my new snazzy £3 IKEA storage bags to pack down Christmas into an orderly fashion for 11 months time.
This old man is my favourite Santa gonk, probably the first Christmas toy I bought after having kids so always an essential part of Christmas with his ridiculous nose. He survived the numerous culls of Christmas toys which had got out of hand with three kids all getting annual Christmas toys... There's just so many cute ones to be had. The army has been pruned but General Gonk remains at the core.
